Lead Data Scientist Client Analytics

What you'll do

• Lead a team of 2-5 analysts
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to team members on different projects
• Develop analytical frameworks to solve business problems
• Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Conduct hypothesis testing and report statistically significant results
• Solve business problems using data insights or by building predictive/ML models
• Create and present data-driven insights to clients/stakeholders with storytelling
• Manage projects end to end independently
• Multi-task between different projects and team management responsibilities
• Apply multiple algorithms or architectures and recommend the best model with detailed explanation
• Structure hypothesis, build analyses, develop data models, and clarify identified problems
• Create visually compelling dashboards and reports to communicate insights
• Communicate complex data insights effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Maintain high levels of accountability in data integrity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Marketing Analytics)
• 8-12 years of experience in the analytics field; marketing analytics experience preferred
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Experience in visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau would be a plus
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end execution of Data Science projects, developing Predictive / ML models
• Experience in Gen AI project and Databricks environment would be a plus
• Superior analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Desirable: Advanced degree (Master’s/PhD) in Statistics, Economics or other quantitative discipline
• Desirable: Working knowledge of cloud environments
