Digital Turbine seeks a Lead Data Scientist with 8+ years experience in data science, quantitative analysis, or machine learning, preferably with leadership experience in AdTech or two-sided marketplaces. The role involves defining data science roadmaps, architecting ML and experimentation frameworks, and leading technical strategy across product and engineering teams. Responsibilities include designing scalable models for bidding optimization, audience segmentation, LTV, and attribution, driving experimentation methodology, and mentoring data scientists. Required skills include advanced statistical modeling, causal inference, experimental design, Python or R, SQL, and experience with cloud data platforms such as Databricks, Spark, Snowflake, AWS, or GCP. The position is hybrid and located in New York or Berlin. Salary range for New York candidates is $223,000-$272,000 plus benefits including stock options, unlimited PTO, and performance bonuses.
