Full job description

Lead Data Scientist role at Digital Turbine in Warsaw, Poland. Full-time hybrid position requiring 5+ years experience in data science/ML, preferably with AdTech, Mobile Gaming or Consulting background. Responsibilities include leading ML projects from research to implementation, coordinating cross-functional teams, working with technologies such as GCP, Google Big Query, Databricks, Spark, Python, PyTorch, MLFLOW, and Optuna, and contributing to ML platform development. Requirements include team leadership experience, excellent communication skills, a bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics or related field, and proficiency in English. Benefits include competitive salary with RSU program, hybrid work model, time-off policy, family medical insurance, and tech & wellness allowance. Salary range: 22,000-32,000 PLN gross/month.

What you'll do

  • Working closely with Product and Engineering teams to define and deliver ML Roadmap according to Product priorities
  • Leading ML projects from research to implementation, coordinating work of cross-functional teams
  • Working with cutting-edge technologies including GCP/Google Big Query, Databricks and Spark, Python and ML libraries, PyTorch and PyTorch Lightning, Experiment Management platforms such as MLFLOW and Optuna
  • Contributing to the development of ML Platform to improve existing algorithms and build new solutions across Digital Turbine Products

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in data science / ML
  • Experience within AdTech, Mobile Gaming industry or Consulting - a strong advantage
  • Proven track record of projects that resulted in measurable business impact
  • Experience with team leadership highly desired
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working knowledge of ML Tech stack
  • Self motivation to achieve something remarkable
  • Bachelor degree in computer science, mathematics, or related field
  • Proficient communication in English is a must
