Requirements
Bachelor's degree in statistical, quantitative, or related field
Advanced degree preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in a statistical field
Experience performing data analysis or modeling with large transactional databases
Experience conducting original research
Experience working directly with external clients in a business environment
Advanced knowledge of statistical methods and principles including regression, clustering, factor analysis, ANOVA, sampling, inference, transformations, validation, model evaluation techniques
Demonstrated ability to lead analytic projects and research through all stages
Proficiency in analytic programming and tools including Python (and PySpark where applicable) and SQL
Ability to review peer analytic work for quality and correctness
Mentor less experienced analysts
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with LLM- and AI-enabled tools for analytic review and process improvement
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, presentation, and consulting skills
Ability to present complex analytic concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
