Full job description

Responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing CRM systems to improve business processes and customer interactions. Requires deep knowledge of CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Dynamics. Design scalable CRM architectures, optimize digital platforms, maintain architecture documentation, and ensure consistency across development lifecycle. Provide technical guidance and mentorship, review designs and code, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and stay updated with industry trends. Lead continuous improvement, project planning, risk mitigation, coding standards enforcement, performance tuning, and prepare technical reports. Expertise in CRM integration, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), CI/CD, containerization, data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA), scripting (Apex, JavaScript, .NET, C#), API integration, and data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) required. What you'll do

  • Design and optimize digital platforms
  • Develop and maintain software architecture documentation
  • Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across software development lifecycle
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams
  • Review and approve design and code to ensure best practices
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architectural designs
  • Stay updated with latest industry trends and technologies
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within development team
  • Participate in project planning and estimation
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout project lifecycle
  • Establish and enforce coding standards and best practices
  • Conduct performance tuning and optimization of software systems
  • Maintain comprehensive architectural documentation
  • Prepare and present technical reports and presentations to stakeholders
  • Act as subject matter expert for pitches and client work

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Experience designing scalable and maintainable CRM solutions integrating multiple systems
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience leading and managing projects in Agile or Scrum environments
  • Experience with CI/CD and version control tools
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to guide junior team members
  • Ability to query databases for customer data extraction and reporting
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization
  • Expertise in GDPR, CCPA, and CRM security best practices
  • Scripting and automation skills in Apex, C#, .NET, JavaScript
  • Strong understanding of API integration and middleware solutions
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Strong understanding of customer data management, segmentation, lifecycle, and personalization
  • Experience diagnosing and resolving CRM technical issues
  • Team player with organizational skills and dedication to transparency
