Full job description

Lead Communication & Creative Strategist role in the Culture & People Experience function at InMobi Advertising, based in Bangalore. Requires 4+ years experience in internal communications, content strategy, or employer branding. Responsibilities include developing internal communication plans for culture initiatives, creating communication assets, managing multimedia content production, owning the internal culture board content strategy, supporting cross-functional communication efforts, and maintaining the internal culture brand through storytelling and design. Skills needed include strong writing, proficiency with design tools like Canva, project management, and collaboration across teams. Preferred experience includes internal communications or employee engagement roles and familiarity with employer branding practices. The role is full-time and on-site in Bangalore.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute internal communication plans for culture-led initiatives including programs, clubs, and events
  • Create communication assets such as posters, emailers, decks, and social-style posts
  • Manage creation of multimedia content including event videos and cultural highlights
  • Take ownership of content strategy and execution of the company’s internal culture board
  • Partner with teams such as Internal Comms, Social Media, and Benefits to support communication efforts related to employee programs and policy updates
  • Support development and maintenance of an internal culture brand through storytelling, content strategy, and communication design

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in internal communications, content strategy, employer branding, or related fields
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a portfolio of creative copy, blogs, or internal articles
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, or similar platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and functions
  • A deep interest in culture, storytelling, and people engagement
  • Preferred: Experience in internal communications or employee engagement roles
  • Preferred: Familiarity with internal culture programs or employer branding practices
  • Preferred: Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments
