Full job description
Lead Client Success role responsible for managing client and agency relationships and driving strategic adoption of Epsilon’s digital media solutions. Collaborate with Sales, agency partners, and internal teams to translate client objectives into media campaigns. Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, synthesizing performance insights, supporting strategic readouts, developing data-driven media proposals, and ensuring delivery excellence. Requires 8+ years in digital marketing, media, analytics, or client success, strong organizational and communication skills, experience with performance data, and a proven track record of revenue growth. Bachelor’s degree required. Salary range $80,000 to $120,000 annually. Locations: Chicago, Illinois and New York, New York.
