Full job description
Lead Client Success role responsible for managing client and agency relationships and driving strategic adoption of digital media solutions. Collaborate with sales, agency partners, and internal teams to translate client business objectives into media campaigns. Identify optimization, upsell, and growth opportunities. Analyze performance data, support strategic reviews, and connect campaign results to business goals. Develop data-driven media proposals leveraging identity products. Ensure delivery excellence and operational health. Requires 8+ years in digital marketing, media, analytics, or client success, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience managing client relationships and revenue growth. Bachelor's degree required.
