Full job description
Lead Client Success role responsible for managing client and agency relationships and driving strategic adoption of Epsilon’s digital media solutions. Collaborate with Sales, agency partners, and internal teams to translate client business objectives into media campaigns. Identify optimization, upsell, and growth opportunities. Analyze performance data to support strategic readouts and connect campaign results to business goals. Develop data-driven media proposals leveraging identity products. Ensure delivery excellence and operational health. Requires Bachelor’s degree, 8+ years in digital marketing, media, analytics, or client success, strong client relationship management, organizational skills, and ability to work with performance data.
