Full job description

Client Integration Specialist (German Speaking) at Epsilon. Lead technical client integrations and manage post-launch technical relationships for Retail Media Network clients. Act as liaison between clients and internal Product and R&D teams. Responsibilities include leading integrations, debugging, supporting up-sell opportunities, managing feature requests, implementing global integration strategies, coordinating resources, collaborating cross-functionally, maintaining operational integrity, ensuring system reliability, and developing process improvements. Required skills include strong integration technology knowledge, APIs, cloud systems, scripting languages (JavaScript, Shell, Python, HTML, SQL), Google Cloud technologies (BigQuery, Storage, Pub/Sub, Kubernetes), project management, ITIL proficiency, and experience in advertising technology. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. Role based in London, UK.

What you'll do

  • Lead new client integrations from a technical perspective
  • Own the technical relationship for clients post-launch
  • Act as primary liaison during technical integrations and secondary contact for debugging
  • Support Client Management team on up-sell opportunities
  • Field and champion new feature requests from retailers
  • Coordinate with internal Product and R&D teams for workarounds and scalable solutions
  • Implement global integration strategy aligned with organizational goals
  • Identify integration opportunities, assess feasibility and impact, build roadmap
  • Allocate and manage resources and technology for integration initiatives
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Integrations, Platform, Engineering teams
  • Champion communication and alignment among partners
  • Maintain operational integrity across production environments
  • Lead service transition into Platform Operations team for post-launch client support
  • Standardize prioritization and implementation documentation for smooth handoffs
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Delivery, Security teams for system reliability
  • Stay informed on Epsilon RMN product features, improvements, roadmap and industry trends
  • Maintain high-level understanding of Epsilon system components and platforms
  • Develop team cohesion and build strong multi-functional relationships
  • Work with internal delivery groups to ensure high-quality customer experience and case resolution
  • Identify and carry out process simplification strategies with leadership
  • Develop Implementation and Integration Playbook for consistent retailer integration globally

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability in technical roles within business-to-business, large/strategic customer segments
  • Strong understanding of integration technologies, APIs, data exchange protocols, and cloud-based systems
  • Intermediate expertise in web technologies and scripting languages including JavaScript, Shell, Python, HTML, SQL
  • Experience integrating software systems through APIs
  • Understanding of global business operations and cultural nuances
  • Experience leading commercial technology contracts, technical SLAs, and critical metrics
  • Proficiency in ITIL or similar service delivery methodologies
  • Strong planning and problem-solving skills with focus on innovation and process improvement
  • Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Proven ability to collaborate with internal and external partners and manage organizational change
  • Experience in Advertising Technology
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Technologies: Big Query, Google Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Kubernetes
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent practical experience
  • German speaking (implied by job title)
