Full job description

The Business Management team supports client business management through business systems, processes, technology, and data-driven insights. The role involves reviewing client contracts, account management, billing, invoicing, and maintaining account P&L. The candidate will interact with senior stakeholders and drive operational processes to improve efficiencies. Responsibilities include cost and labor analysis, standardizing account management processes, managing project codes, maintaining contracts and SOWs, tracking costs and revenues, using BI tools for data analysis, implementing quantitative analysis, designing reports, and mentoring junior team members. Qualifications include an MBA or equivalent, 8-10 years experience in IT service/product engineering, knowledge of Tableau and project management, strong business and data analysis skills, financial acumen, excellent communication, and strong analytical and multitasking abilities.

What you'll do

  • Perform cost and labor analysis on accounts based on time tracking data
  • Coordinate with account teams to standardize account management processes
  • Own project code management for accounts including creation, tracking and closure
  • Maintain client contracts and SOWs
  • Track cost and revenue against appropriate streams based on contracts
  • Use Business Intelligence tools to provide timely data and trend analysis to key partners
  • Implement quantitative analysis translating data into actionable insights
  • Design summary, detail and dashboard reports to present analysis and recommendations
  • Provide structure and direction to junior team members

Requirements

  • MBA or similar degree or comparable experience
  • 8 - 10 years professional experience
  • Strong comfort with the IT service/product engineering industry
  • Knowledge of Data visualization tools like Tableau
  • Project management skills
  • Proven experience in business and data analysis
  • Strong understanding of financials, client billing, cost management and operational metrics
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Exceptional analytical skills with ability to see patterns and structured decision making
  • Strong willed, fast learner and able to adapt to evolving environment
  • Ability to multitask and work on diverse requirements
