The Campaign Lead Developer role involves designing, developing, QA, and configuring marketing technology campaigns using Adobe platforms (AJO, ACC, AEP). Responsibilities include requirement gathering, project estimation, campaign workflow development, quality control, deployment, post-deployment support, and documentation. The role requires 5+ years of campaign implementation experience, 5+ years of SQL and scripting (JavaScript preferred), and experience with cross-channel marketing delivery. Adobe campaign certification and a technical degree or MBA are required. The position focuses on optimizing campaign performance, audience selection, and delivering targeted campaigns to meet client objectives.
