Manage financial and operational analytics to support business strategy and compliance. Oversee internal controls, reporting, and budget planning. Drive process improvements and provide strategic insights to enhance financial and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include monitoring expenditures, preparing financial plans and budgets, conducting data analyses, leading process improvements, collaborating with teams, and providing leadership to engineering staff. Requires 10+ years experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Salary range $120,347.23 - $180,520.85.

What you'll do

  • Establish and monitor capital and operating expenditures to ensure cost efficiency and financial accuracy
  • Manage preparation and coordination of financial plans, reports, and budgets to support strategic decision-making
  • Conduct data-driven analyses to identify trends, risks, and operational efficiencies
  • Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational workflows and optimize resource utilization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop analytical insights for operational and financial decision-making
  • Provide leadership and direction to engineering employees to align technical objectives with financial and operational goals
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in significant matters
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experience managing financial and operational analytics
  • Experience overseeing internal controls, reporting, and budget planning
  • Ability to drive process improvements
  • Strong leadership and direction skills
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion
