Lead CMS Business Analyst role focused on partnering with clients, strategists, designers, and engineers to deliver enterprise web experiences using Sitecore. Responsibilities include leading discovery workshops, translating business needs into functional and technical requirements, serving as a CMS subject matter expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating documentation and user stories, leading Agile ceremonies, facilitating roadmap and prioritization discussions, supporting change management, developing training materials, mentoring team members, and building client relationships. Requirements include experience in client-facing business analysis or product roles, expertise with enterprise CMS platforms like Sitecore, strong requirements gathering and documentation skills, knowledge of content and data modeling, Agile experience, proficiency with Jira and Confluence, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The position is full-time, remote, requires 5-10 years of experience, and offers a salary range of $78,000 to $110,000 with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, 401k, paid time off, holidays, sick leave, and parental leave.
