Full job description
Seeking an AI Tech Lead for hands-on technical leadership to engineer, scale, govern, and grow AI delivery practice in GenAI, Agentic AI, and applied ML for enterprise engagements. Requires deep expertise in Deep Learning architectures, agentic AI, and software engineering. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end AI solution engineering, applying fail-fast project management, performing trade-off analysis, owning reference architectures, designing multi-agent and multimodal systems, establishing evaluation frameworks and safety standards, leading production readiness, mentoring engineers, enforcing AI in SDLC, engaging with clients, and supporting pre-sales. Required skills include 8+ years software engineering experience, 3+ years in Deep Learning/AI production systems, hands-on GenAI/Agentic AI work, strong Python and SQL skills, cloud and data engineering expertise, and strong math foundations. Open to hybrid work with minimum 3 days in-office in Pune.
