Lead Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) role responsible for owning weekly Revenue and Gross Profit forecasts, building complex business cases, preparing financial insights for commercial leaders, and maintaining Global Revenue Dashboards. Requires 6+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience, bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, advanced financial modeling skills, and proficiency with Oracle, Tableau, and Excel. The role partners with senior executives and cross-functional teams to drive financial planning and strategy for the ODS business with a rolling 12-month view. Position is hybrid and located in Austin, Texas.

Requirements
6+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience, with expertise in revenue and margin forecasting
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics required; MBA or CPA a plus
Proven ability to partner with and influence senior executives and cross-functional commercial teams (Sales, Product, Operations)
Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and long-range planning processes
Hands-on experience with enterprise financial systems such as Oracle & Tableau; strong Excel skills required
Strong understanding of P&L drivers, including revenue, cost of goods, and gross margin analysis
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to translate complex financial data into executive-ready insights
High degree of intellectual curiosity, business acumen, and ability to operate with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment
Extensive understanding of Revenue and Margin reporting and ability to navigate complex datasets with accuracy and timeliness
Collaborative team member who works across Finance, BI, Operations, and Commercial teams
Forward-thinking with proactive insights and continuous refinement of 12-month horizon
