DT is seeking a Lead Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to manage revenue and gross profit forecasting and planning for the ODS business. The role requires ownership of weekly revenue and GP forecasts, building complex business cases, preparing financial insights for commercial leaders, and maintaining accurate global revenue dashboards. Responsibilities include revenue and GP planning with a rolling 12-month view, leading forecasting models including minimum guarantees and credits, and partnering with Operations and BI to automate reporting. Candidates must have 6+ years of FP&A or corporate finance experience, a bachelor's degree in Finance or related field (MBA or CPA preferred), strong financial modeling and budgeting skills, and proficiency with Oracle, Tableau, and Excel.
