Full job description

Epsilon is seeking a Lead Analyst of Identity Analytics to join their team. The role involves reporting on KPIs for Epsilon’s COREID identity solution, evaluating partners, and forecasting ecosystem impacts. Responsibilities include managing identity analytical processes, performing exploratory analyses, becoming a COREID subject matter expert, developing scenario analyses, and collaborating cross-functionally. Requirements include a Master’s preferred degree in a related field, 5+ years in marketing or business analytics, advanced SQL skills, big data experience (Spark, Hive, Scala preferred), familiarity with Python or R, and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI). The position is full-time with locations in Westminster, Colorado and Chicago, Illinois. Salary range is $87,100 to $161,700 annually. What you'll do

  • Own execution of identity analytical processes with limited supervision
  • Evaluate expected yield from new data sources and impact of ecosystem changes
  • Perform exploratory analyses and proof of concepts for methods under exploration
  • Become a subject matter expert in COREID
  • Develop scenario analyses to meet business objectives based on various identity strategies
  • Contribute insights and planning for further enhancements to COREid
  • Work collaboratively and cross-functionally to develop analytical approaches to business questions

Requirements

  • Degree (Master’s preferred) in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research or related discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or business analytics
  • Ability to work cross-functionally to achieve results
  • Ability to manage multiple analyses and projects simultaneously and independently
  • Curiosity and willingness to self-teach
  • Interest in applying analysis to make business decisions
  • Understanding of MarTech and AdTech industries preferred
  • Experience presenting analytical findings and recommendations to non-analytical collaborators
  • Ability to extract insights from data sets and apply to business problems/decisions
  • Experience with enterprise data visualization software (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
  • Sound critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced experience with SQL
  • Big data experience preferred (Spark, Hive, Scala)
  • Familiarity with Python or R preferred
