Lead analyst/Global Project Manager/Team Leader in Market Research Services responsible for overseeing a team of market research analysts and ensuring successful execution of research projects. Duties include leading and mentoring team members, managing project timelines and budgets, coordinating with clients, analyzing data, preparing reports, and collaborating on strategic planning to support business goals.

What you'll do

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of market research analysts
Assign tasks and projects to team members based on their strengths and expertise
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback
Develop and implement research plans to gather market insights
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
