Full job description

Perform QA activities for multiple eCommerce initiatives based on Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC). Define and implement test strategies, plans, and defect tracking. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into quality benchmarks. Review and optimize test cases for coverage and efficiency. Use Business Manager, Merchant Tool, Administrator, Storefront, and related tools. Report and track quality metrics, ensuring release timelines. Participate in sprint activities, requirement walkthroughs, and go-live planning. Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for Salesforce applications. Experience with Salesforce 3rd party integrations including CyberSource, Avalara Tax, Klarna, Apple Pay, PayPal, Narvar, UPS, USPS, Social Logins, Kount, Power Reviews, and Einstein. Experience with shipping methods/configuration and viewport testing. Requires 5+ years QA experience, 2+ years in QA role, strong SFCC platform knowledge, e-commerce domain expertise, Agile/Scrum experience, familiarity with test management tools (JIRA, Confluence, qTest, TestRail), strong analytical and leadership skills, and excellent communication. Automation testing exposure is a plus.

  • Hands-on experience in Business Manager, Merchant Tool, Administrator, Storefront, and Tool concepts
  • Report and track quality metrics and ensure adherence to release timelines
  • Actively participate in sprint activities, requirement walkthroughs, and go-live planning
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce 3rd party integrations like CyberSource, Avalara Tax, Klarna, Apple Pay, PayPal, Narvar, UPS & USPS, Klarna, Social Logins, Kount, Power Reviews, Einstein
  • Hands-on experience with Shipping Methods/Configuration
  • Hands-on experience with different viewport executions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in QA, with at least 2+ years in a QA role
  • Proven experience testing Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) platforms
  • Strong working knowledge of the SFCC Business Manager tool and configurations
  • Deep understanding of the e-commerce domain, user journeys, and buying flows
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Familiar with test management tools (JIRA, Confluence, qTest, TestRail, etc.)
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and reporting abilities
  • Exposure to automation testing is a plus
