Full job description
Lead AI Engineer role responsible for delivering complex multi-component products and shaping AI-driven product development. Responsibilities include technical leadership, establishing AI workflows and standards, building AI-enabled solutions to improve engineering velocity and quality, encoding organizational knowledge into scalable context layers, leading cross-functional pods, aligning technical strategy with product vision, and mentoring engineering teams. Requires 5+ years experience in software engineering and architecture, hands-on experience with AI-driven systems and LLM applications, strong architectural skills, experience with engineering standards and CI/CD/AI practices, cross-functional leadership, mentoring, analytical mindset, and excellent communication in a hybrid work environment.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex multi-component products ensuring technical cohesion across services and data layers
- Establish pod-level AI workflows and engineering standards for high-quality output from human engineers and AI agents
