Lead AI Engineer role responsible for delivering complex multi-component products and leading AI-driven product development. Requires ownership of technical architecture, establishing AI workflows, building AI-enabled solutions to improve engineering velocity and quality, encoding domain knowledge for scalable expert judgment, leading cross-functional teams, aligning technical strategy with product goals, and mentoring engineering teams. Must have 5+ years experience in software engineering and architecture in SaaS or data-driven environments, hands-on experience with AI systems and LLM applications, strong architectural skills, experience with engineering standards and CI/CD/AI practices, leadership and mentorship capabilities, analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills. Hybrid work model based in Tel Aviv, Israel.
