Full job description
Lead a pod of engineers to rapidly develop and scale GenAI-assisted solutions for the Agents Studio platform. Responsibilities include translating market feedback into engineering deliverables, balancing fast prototyping with scalable architecture, building AI-native workflows, and mentoring teams on AI adoption. Requires 5+ years as a Senior or Lead Backend/Full-Stack Engineer with production experience in AI Agents, GenAI frameworks, LLM applications, cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), microservices, and CI/CD. Strong leadership, communication, product focus, and ability to deliver enterprise-grade solutions in fast-paced environments are essential. Hybrid work model based in Modi'in, Israel.
What you'll do
- Rapidly engineer GenAI-assisted solutions, prototypes, and platform adjustments to unlock customer value and support Beta adoption
- Lead a dynamic pod of 2-3 engineers, establish an AI-first development culture and agentic workflows to maximize team velocity and focus on high-impact business needs
