Full job description
Lead the technical architecture and engineering standards for multi-agent AI systems and LLM orchestration at Dentsu's agentic AI engineering team. Responsibilities include designing AI orchestration use cases, maintaining engineering stack and CI/CD, mentoring engineers, evaluating LLM providers, bridging data science models to deployment, and collaborating on architecture decisions. Requires 7+ years software engineering with 3+ years in AI/ML, expertise in Python, experience with LLM applications, agent orchestration frameworks, Azure cloud, MLOps, distributed systems, and strong communication skills. Preferred experience includes Databricks, Unity Catalog, Genie, media technology, adtech, RAG architectures, vector databases, semantic search, and offshore delivery leadership.
