Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
4+ years of hands-on Adobe Experience Manager development experience
6+ years of overall Java-based enterprise application development experience
Deep expertise with AEM Sites, AEM Assets, Sling, OSGi, JCR, HTL/Sightly, Oak Repository, REST APIs, Java
Experience designing and implementing solutions within AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS)
Experience leading development teams or serving as technical lead on digital experience projects
Proven experience conducting code reviews and providing technical mentorship
Strong understanding of software design patterns, secure coding practices, and performance optimization
Experience working in Agile delivery environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred: Adobe Certified Expert or Adobe Professional certification
Preferred: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native architectures, and DevOps practices
Preferred: Prior consulting or client-facing experience managing complex enterprise engagements
