Full job description

Digital Turbine seeks an Account Manager, OEM Partnerships to manage strategic OEM relationships centered on the Ignite platform embedded in Android devices. This hybrid commercial and technical role involves owning partner revenue performance, deployment footprint, consumer experience, and trust to maintain Ignite in OEM firmware. Responsibilities include managing partner relationships end-to-end, running operating rhythms, handling commercial terms and negotiations, growing device footprint, coordinating new product introductions, maintaining client version currency, overseeing out-of-box and post-OOBE experiences, interfacing with OEM engineering, forecasting and delivering revenue, managing delivery funnel metrics, diagnosing issues, revenue reporting and reconciliation, building business cases, protecting consumer experience and consent journeys, ensuring compliance, building account strategy, defending Ignite’s position, creating upsell paths, providing market insights, coordinating internal teams, converting partner feedback into product requirements, and representing accounts internally. Requirements include 4-8 years in partnerships or business development in mobile/adtech/device/telecom with strategic account ownership, direct OEM or Android ecosystem experience, technical fluency in firmware integration and SDKs, commercial negotiation skills, strong analytics, composure under pressure, excellent communication, flexibility for partner time zones and travel. Preferred qualifications include experience with major Chinese smartphone OEMs, knowledge of Chinese OEM ecosystem, mobile privacy frameworks (GDPR, ePrivacy), mobile measurement and attribution, emerging markets experience, and ability to work in fast-changing environments.
