Digital Turbine seeks an Account Manager, OEM Partnerships based in Beijing with hybrid work. The role manages strategic OEM relationships built on the Ignite platform embedded in Android OEM firmware. Responsibilities include owning partner relationships end-to-end, managing commercial terms, leading renewal and expansion negotiations, growing device footprint, coordinating new product introductions, ensuring client version currency, managing out-of-box and post-OOBE experiences, interfacing with OEM engineering, forecasting and delivering revenue, managing delivery funnel metrics, diagnosing issues, revenue reporting and reconciliation, building business cases, protecting consumer experience and consent journeys, staying ahead of regulatory changes, supporting compliance, building account strategy, defending Ignite position, creating upsell paths, providing market insights, and coordinating internal teams. Requirements include 4-8 years in partnerships or business development in mobile/adtech/device/telecom, direct OEM or Android ecosystem experience, technical fluency, commercial depth, strong analytical skills, composure under pressure, excellent communication, willingness to flex hours and travel. Preferred experience includes working with Chinese OEMs, knowledge of Chinese OEM ecosystem, mobile privacy frameworks, mobile measurement, emerging markets, and adaptability in fast-changing environments.

Own end-to-end partner relationship including device engineering, product, commercial, legal, and GM-level stakeholders

Manage delivery funnel metrics and drive remediation with Product and Engineering
Diagnose issues with evidence rather than just reporting
Own revenue reporting and reconciliation with partners handling payout queries and variance analysis
Build business cases with FP&A for expansion scenarios and term changes
Protect consumer experience on partner hardware managing app volume, category mix, notification cadence, and intrusiveness
Own consent journey in partnership with Legal covering lawful basis, consent UX, opt-in flows, notification permissions, and data minimization
Stay ahead of regulatory and platform changes and brief partners proactively
Support partner compliance obligations including content standards, regional restrictions, and audits
Build and maintain account strategy based on device shipment trends, regional mix, monetization priorities, and organizational politics
Defend Ignite position against competitive and in-house alternatives
Create upsell paths into additional Ignite placements and Digital Turbine products
Provide insights on app discovery and marketing trends including AI-driven experiences
Coordinate internal account team across multiple departments without formal authority
Convert partner friction into prioritized product requirements
Represent accounts in internal pipeline, forecast, and operational reviews
Requirements
4–8 years in partnerships, key account management, or business development in mobile, adtech, device, or telecoms with a track record of owning a named strategic account and its revenue
Direct experience with OEMs, carriers, or the Android device ecosystem including device launch cycles, preload and app distribution, OOBE, or device software delivery
Genuine technical fluency to discuss firmware-level integration, install and activation flows, SDK versioning, attribution, and install failure reasons
Commercial depth to model revenue share, stress-test business cases, read partnership agreements, and negotiate terms
Strong analytical instincts comfortable with large datasets and building narratives to influence partner decisions
Composure under pressure with professional maturity and high emotional intelligence
Excellent written and verbal communication skills across engineering, legal, and executive levels
Willingness to flex working hours to support partner time zones and travel for on-site reviews and launches
Strongly preferred: prior experience with a major Chinese smartphone OEM or partner-facing counterpart
Strongly preferred: deep understanding of the Chinese OEM ecosystem including stakeholders and decision-making processes
Strongly preferred: working knowledge of mobile privacy and consent frameworks such as GDPR and ePrivacy
Strongly preferred: familiarity with mobile measurement and attribution (MMPs), user acquisition economics, and advertiser demand side
Strongly preferred: experience operating in emerging markets and adapting commercial models to local device, carrier, and regulatory conditions
Strongly preferred: comfort in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment with changing platform, market, and regulation
