Full job description

Lead Client Success role focused on driving strategic adoption and activation of Epsilon’s media solutions for key Auto vertical clients. Collaborate with sales, agency partners, and internal teams to convert business objectives into data-driven media campaigns. Responsibilities include ensuring delivery excellence, operational health, and providing reporting and insights. Requires 5+ years in digital marketing, media, analytics, or client success, strong client service skills, organizational ability, and comfort with performance data. Bachelor’s degree required. Salary range $80,000 to $120,000 annually. Locations: Chicago, Illinois and New York, New York.

What you'll do

  • Drive strategic adoption and successful activation of Epsilon’s person-first media solutions for key clients within the Auto vertical
  • Collaborate with Epsilon Sales, Publicis agency partners, and internal cross-functional teams
  • Transform client business objectives into high-performing media campaigns
  • Work on innovative, data-driven media campaigns leveraging Epsilon’s identity platform
  • Ensure delivery excellence and operational health for significant retail accounts
  • Provide reliable reporting and practical insights to build long-term client trust

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, media, analytics, or client success
  • Strong client service approach with ability to manage collaborators and deliver presentations
  • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Comfort working with performance data to monitor campaign health and identify trends
  • Direct experience within the digital media landscape, specifically with platform-based execution
  • Proactive problem identification and resolution
  • Ability to build strong internal partnerships
