Full job description

Quantcast is hiring a Key Account Manager responsible for managing and growing top client accounts by delivering advertising solutions and customer support. The role involves building strong client relationships, developing account strategies to maximize advertiser spend, consulting with senior stakeholders to understand business needs, and liaising with Engineering and Product teams to provide client feedback. Responsibilities include managing onboarding of large accounts, leading client business reviews, and generating data-driven recommendations to scale client activities. Candidates should have 5-8 years of client-facing experience in marketing or consulting, strong knowledge of digital and programmatic advertising, and proven ability to grow account revenue. What you'll do

  • Be the main point of contact for key accounts, resolving any client issues in a timely manner, and driving the day to day business on behalf of Quantcast clients.
  • Build deep connections with clients and agencies; nurturing and growing key pieces of business via those relationships.
  • Service agencies and clients across the UK; regular UK-based travel is expected.
  • Develop account strategy that will maximize advertiser spend with Quantcast.
  • Consult to understand clients’ business and brand objectives, and develop data-driven analysis to make recommendations to fulfill objectives.
  • Manage on-boarding process of specified new large accounts – act as central project manager within Quantcast to maximize client servicing and a smooth end-to-end process for strategic accounts or those with high potential.
  • Serve as a liaison to clients regarding new product launches and advertising opportunities while ensuring client satisfaction with business growth.
  • Generate and present post campaign analysis and use it to develop and scale clients’ activities.
  • Lead quarterly client business reviews that result in continuous renewal and incremental revenue.
  • Research client needs to understand how Quantcast can support the client in meeting their business goals.
  • Develop forward-thinking, data-driven analysis and recommendations that align with client goals and quantify high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to pitch to clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 - 8 years of client-facing experience, marketing or consulting, preferably agency or client side experience.
  • Proven ability to achieve client partnership across portfolio of business.
  • Proven ability to scale account revenue & grow existing business relationships.
  • Aptitude, creativity, and a preference for working in small, collaborative teams with minimal supervision.
  • Strategic thinking always looking to create opportunities for both clients and Quantcast.
  • In-depth knowledge of traditional, digital and mobile media.
  • An understanding of direct response and brand principles.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic, attribution, and the overall digital landscape.
  • Strong client facing experience and ability to influence key decision makers at senior levels.
  • Proven track record of establishing and exceeding team and individual goals.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to work cross-functionally and lead internal/external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable within a commercial environment, comfortable leading client engagement initiatives, such as events, trade shows, all-agency presentations.
