Full job description

The Enterprise Key Account Management team supports large media clients with adtech challenges across ad serving, SSP, DSP, and curation. The role is hybrid with 50% remote work and requires presence in the NYC office. Responsibilities include managing enterprise publisher and platform accounts, serving as the primary contact, analyzing performance and revenue trends, leading onboarding and activation of new features, delivering business reviews, identifying growth opportunities, coordinating with internal teams, and managing escalations. Candidates should have at least 3 years of client services experience, hands-on experience with ad serving or programmatic platforms, strong analytical skills, relationship-building abilities, and be resourceful and goal-oriented. Salary ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 per year plus quarterly incentives.

What you'll do

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise publisher and platform accounts across ad serving, SSP, DSP, and curation
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, owning all strategic and operational communication
  • Analyze performance, revenue trends, and technical signals to deliver clear, actionable insights
  • Lead onboarding and ensure timely, high-quality activation of new integrations or product features
  • Prepare and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews and forward-looking recommendations
  • Identify opportunities to expand usage, drive adoption, and introduce new products or capabilities
  • Coordinate with Supply/Demand Sales, Product, TechOps, and Analytics to address issues and unlock new value
  • Manage escalations with clarity and urgency, ensuring strong client satisfaction and continuity

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of client services experience
  • Hands-on experience working within an Ad serving, SSP or other programmatic platforms
  • Analytically focused and ability to make key decisions based on data
  • Ability to develop and foster relationships and enjoy interpersonal interactions
  • Ability to manage high volume client requests effectively
  • Resourceful, diligent, and goal-oriented
  • Inquisitive learner and critical thinker
  • Enthusiastic about working in a diverse and supportive team environment
