Full job description

RTB House seeks a junior-level technical operations specialist to assist with campaign launching and running processes, technical integration between RTB House systems and client e-commerce platforms, and campaign monitoring and optimization. Candidates should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good time management, and motivation to learn. Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, CSV, XML, and debugging tools is a plus. The role requires participation in business meetings in English and linking business with technology. What you'll do

  • Assist the management of all technical issues with regards to campaign launching and running process
  • Assist on technical integration between internal campaign emission system (RTB House) and client’s e-commerce platform
  • Work closely with account managers to deliver high standards of customer service
  • Monitor and analyse the effectiveness of campaigns
  • Propose optimization solutions for processes

Requirements

  • Ability to conduct and participate in business meetings in English
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to solve problems efficiently
  • Good time management skills and attention to detail
  • High level of motivation and willingness to learn
  • Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript is a plus
  • Knowledge of CSV and XML is a plus
  • Experience with debugging tools (e.g. firebug, web browser consoles) is a plus
  • Interest in online technology, e-commerce and/or digital advertising
  • Proven ability of linking business with technology
  • Self-reliance
