Full job description

Junior Media Campaign Manager & Analyst role supporting execution and optimization of digital media campaigns across the DACH region. Responsibilities include campaign setup, trafficking, monitoring, quality control, optimization, reporting, and client communication. Requires 0-2 years experience in digital marketing, media or ad-tech, interest in data analysis, understanding of programmatic advertising, good organizational skills, detail orientation, and fluency in German and English. What you'll do

  • Support end-to-end campaign management: setup, trafficking, monitoring and wrap-up
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, assets and tracking elements with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Ensure campaigns go live accurately and on time
  • Monitor campaign delivery and flag any issues or inconsistencies
  • Check campaign parameters, creatives and tracking to ensure alignment with client brief
  • Review creative assets and tracking with account management team for accuracy
  • Validate technical specifications and requirements for campaigns ensuring compliance with industry standards
  • Work with internal teams to optimize campaigns according to client requirements and objectives
  • Support optimization initiatives based on performance and client objectives
  • Identify and escalate technical or delivery issues when needed
  • Monitor and ensure smooth display and good performance of campaigns
  • Extract, organize and interpret campaign data to identify trends and insights
  • Generate reports and provide insights on campaign performance including delivery and performance KPIs
  • Share reports with clients and participate in client or internal meetings when required

Requirements

  • First experience (internship or 1–2 years) in digital marketing, media or ad-tech
  • Strong interest in data analysis and digital campaign performance
  • Understanding of programmatic advertising and ad-tech ecosystems
  • Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Familiarity with campaign management or reporting tools
  • Fluent in German and English
