Junior consumer insight specialist - intern

What you'll do

• Contribute to the implementation of quantitative and qualitative research projects, including questionnaire finalization and testing
• Assist with providers management, data collection, data cleaning, coding and review, and report drafting
• Extract first relevant insights and help Senior Researchers turn them into stories
• Contribute to all project delivery phases to meet the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers
• Help unlock the power of data, delivering significant improvements in growth, efficiency, and effectiveness for clients

Requirements

• University degree in Communication, Economics, or relevant studies
• Good knowledge of English
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Data interpretation skills
• Storytelling skills
• Demonstrates accuracy and attention to detail in data review, coding, and reporting
• Able to work in a team
• Able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to consider different perspectives and propose alternative approaches to research and interpretation
• Takes initiative in research tasks and asks thoughtful questions to add clarity
• Approaches tasks and teamwork constructively
