Full job description

Junior Client Success Manager role in Tel Aviv. Responsibilities include building and maintaining advertiser relationships, managing and optimizing campaigns to meet ROI goals, analyzing data from multiple platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating tailored client strategies, and identifying new business opportunities. Requirements include strong communication skills, attention to detail, fluency in English, analytical mindset with experience in Excel and big data, teamwork, motivation, and goal orientation.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with the advertisers on a day-to-day basis as well as providing strategic planning for their growth
  • Manage campaigns, analyze, and optimize performance to meet ROI goals
  • Analyze data from multiple platforms for decision making
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with Publisher Relations, Sales, Business Development, Technical Operations, Finance, and Product to drive shared goals
  • Build tailored strategies for each client in order to maximize their monthly budgets
  • Identify and drive new business opportunities, expanding and deepening both new and existing advertising relationships - bringing a sales-oriented mindset to every client interaction

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong track record of completing a large volume of tasks, on time and on target
  • Strong attention to detail when dealing with large amounts of data
  • Fluent English - reading, writing & speaking
  • Strong analytical mindset - comfortable working with big data and Excel to draw meaningful conclusions
  • Strong team player with a can-do attitude - able to collaborate effectively, take initiative, and motivate those around you to deliver results
  • High motivation and dedication with a proactive approach
  • Ability to meet targets and deadlines – goal oriented
