Full job description
Build journeys and campaigns in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) based on provided designs. Author email, SMS, and push content using Journey Optimizer designers, templates, and content fragments. Apply personalization using profile attributes and helper functions. Execute test plans including proofs, test profiles, dry runs, link and render checks. Log defects, document builds, and maintain the build tracker. Attend client sessions to take notes and learn the domain. Requires working knowledge of AJO canvas, HTML/CSS for email template fixes, understanding of XDM schema, datasets, audiences, real-time profiles, and ability to navigate Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) read-only. Must be careful, checklist-driven, and comfortable admitting knowledge gaps.
