The Trade Desk is hiring a Director of Client Services to lead a team of Account Managers and Traders, manage high-value partner relationships, and act as a strategic leader. Responsibilities include team leadership, client relationship management, campaign oversight, identifying up-selling opportunities, collaborating with Product and Engineering, creating training and sales materials, reporting and forecasting, and leading cross-functional programs. Requirements include 10+ years in digital media or ad tech, 4+ years managing client-facing teams, strong communication and leadership skills, deep marketing ecosystem knowledge, experience with ad tech platforms, technical integration experience, and strong analytical skills.
