The role requires 3+ years technical support experience, 2+ years in AdTech with knowledge of RTB, DSPs, ad exchanges, strong SQL, HTML, and Excel skills, and proficiency with AI tools. Bonus skills include Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, Postman, Vertica, SSMS, Tableau, and agile/scrum experience.
