The Senior Manager, Business Intelligence at The Trade Desk leads a team of BI Analysts to support data-driven decision making across the business. Responsibilities include designing and executing advanced analytics initiatives, delivering data-driven insights, identifying growth opportunities and risks, developing BI solutions, guiding data architecture and modeling, and mentoring cross-functional teams. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (master's preferred), 15+ years analytics experience, 8-10 years managing BI teams, expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, programming languages (SAS, SQL, R, Python), BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, Looker), predictive analytics, and data warehouse/ETL frameworks.
