The Trade Desk seeks a Technology Governance & Risk Senior Analyst to lead governance and risk management initiatives within the Technology Governance, Risk and Compliance program. Responsibilities include managing compliance with global and regional cybersecurity regulations (SOX, SOC1, SOC2, CCPA, PADFAA), executing GRC processes such as risk assessments, controls monitoring, policy administration, and corrective actions. The role requires collaboration with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance and address control gaps. Candidates should have a BS/BA in a relevant field, 4+ years in technology risk management or related roles, experience with SOX, SOC, NIST, ISO frameworks, and preferably certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA, CIA, or CIPP. Skills in GRC platforms and light coding (Python, SQL, APIs) are preferred.
