IT Systems Engineer II responsible for administration, reliability, and security of core IT infrastructure on-premises and cloud. Manage office and remote-access networks (Palo Alto Prisma Access, Cisco Meraki). Improve redundancy and failover across AWS, Azure, VMware. Administer Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Jira Cloud, Slack integrations with automation via Microsoft Graph and scripting. Build AI-assisted automations and govern AI platform security. Enforce endpoint, email, firewall/VPN, and Zero Trust security controls. Own backup and retention policies and audit-ready SOX and SOC 2 compliance. Lead migrations, technical debt cleanup, enforce IT standards, resolve escalations, maintain documentation, and mentor junior IT staff. Requires 4-6 years systems engineering experience, advanced skills in listed technologies, scripting and automation experience, knowledge of security and compliance standards, experience with Google Cloud Platform, PagerDuty, monitoring tools, ITIL practices, strong English communication, and relevant certifications.
