Full job description

Internship role in Product Operations at DoubleVerify for Summer 2026 (10 weeks). Support product strategy, go-to-market execution, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include building an AI-powered GTM Assistant, improving launch tracking in Jira Product Discovery, creating playbooks, attending cross-functional meetings, and presenting to senior leadership. Requirements include pursuing a degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems or related field, strong organizational and communication skills, and curiosity about product operations and program management. Familiarity with project management tools and interest in AI or ad-tech is a plus. Hybrid work location in New York, NY.

What you'll do

  • Help build and refine an AI-powered GTM Assistant for project management
  • Shape launch tracking and improve Go-to-Market workspace in Jira Product Discovery by designing dashboards, reporting views, and project tracking structures
  • Create Product Operations playbooks and standard operating procedures
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings with Product, Engineering, and GTM stakeholders
  • Prepare and deliver a final presentation to senior leadership showcasing summer projects, impact, and key takeaways

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfort working in ambiguous, cross-functional environments with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
  • Curiosity about product operations, program management, or how technology companies bring products to market
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Monday.com) is a plus but not required
  • Interest in AI, automation, or ad-tech is a plus
