Intern - Industrial Trainee

What you'll do

• Capitalization of fixed assets in the ERP system upon completion of asset acquisition, including verification and review of supporting documentation (invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes, and approval records)
• Coordination with procurement and project teams for timely capitalization and proper asset tagging
• Preparation of schedules and workings for audit purposes related to fixed assets
• Performing monthly intercompany reconciliation across group entities to identify and resolve mismatches in a timely manner
• Verification of BRS on a periodic basis to ensure completeness and accuracy of bank balances as per books vs. bank statements
• Preparation of various supporting schedules for monthly and quarterly financial close, including prepayments, accruals, provisions, fixed assets, and other balance sheet items
• Assisting in statutory audits under local GAAP by preparing and furnishing audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation as requested by auditors
