Full job description

DoubleVerify seeks an Integrated Solutions Director based in Tokyo to drive adoption and growth of Social and Performance solutions in Japan. The role requires deep product expertise, sales enablement, client engagement, and operational leadership within the sales organization. Responsibilities include maintaining expertise in DV solutions, creating localized sales materials, evangelizing products, building client relationships, managing sales pipelines, and leading test design and activation. Candidates must have 5+ years in ad tech, digital advertising, or SaaS sales, strong knowledge of digital advertising ecosystems, proven relationship-building skills, native-level Japanese and business-level English proficiency, and be available to work onsite at least 3 days per week.

What you'll do

  • Maintain deep expertise in DV Social and Performance solutions; stay current on new features and share updates with the team
  • Create and localize sales materials, case studies, narratives, and standardized process documents for the Japanese market
  • Evangelize DV's solutions by proactively educating clients, agencies, and internal teams on the value and differentiation of DV's offerings
  • Build relationships with key clients and agency stakeholders at the director level across all major agencies
  • Manage the progress of individual opportunities and drive Social/Performance solution deals through the pipeline
  • Support Sales and Account Managers by providing product depth and technical credibility
  • Lead DV Performance solution test design, onboarding, and activation across multiple platforms
  • Collaborate with internal test teams and global support teams to ensure smooth execution

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in ad tech, digital advertising, or SaaS sales (solutions consulting, pre-sales, or technical account management also considered)
  • Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, ad servers, programmatic advertising, and social platform advertising
  • Proven track record of building trusted relationships with agency and advertiser stakeholders and driving multi-stakeholder deals independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese (native-level) and English (business-level)
  • Available to work from the Tokyo office a minimum of 3 days per week
  • Experience handling client objections autonomously with a solution-oriented approach (preferred)
  • Experience launching product tests, managing pilots, and translating results into client value stories (preferred)
  • Hands-on experience in digital ad operations or campaign optimization, with a solid understanding of campaign performance metrics (preferred)
  • Comfort working with global teams across time zones (preferred)
