Lead innovation labs for Adobe's Horizon pre-sales program, facilitating ideation and proof-of-concept sessions with enterprise customers. Design and run workshops to translate business challenges into AI and agentic capability demonstrations. Collaborate with technical presales and architects to align customer objectives with Adobe solutions. Manage evaluation planning and partner with strategy teams to develop business cases and roadmaps. Develop scalable lab methodologies and maintain executive communications. Requires workshop facilitation experience, executive stakeholder engagement, deep knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud, pre-sales or solution engineering background, strong business acumen, AI initiative experience, and excellent communication skills. Preferred experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical sectors. Salary range $136,000-$200,000 with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, 401k, paid time off, holidays, sick leave, and parental leave. Remote role based in Colorado.
