RTB House seeks a hybrid Legal Counsel and HR Business Partner based in Warsaw. The role involves providing legal advice on employment law, drafting and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing external counsel, and advising leadership on legal risks. Additionally, the role supports HR functions including aligning people strategy with business goals, guiding managers on performance and disciplinary processes, supporting the employee lifecycle, designing HR policies, collaborating on workforce planning, and handling employee relations. The candidate must have a law degree with bar admission, 3-7+ years in employment or corporate law or in-house counsel roles, strong knowledge of local labor law, excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and experience with HRIS and compliance tools.
