Full job description
Looking for an experienced HRIS Expert to manage Workday Compensation and Talent & Performance domains. Responsibilities include designing and improving Workday Advanced Compensation and Talent processes, translating strategies into Workday workflows and reporting, serving as Workday SME, leading functional delivery and system upgrades, managing technical Workday configurations, maintaining documentation and governance, and contributing to HRIS projects. Requires Workday certification, hands-on Workday experience, knowledge of integrations, reporting, security, process optimization skills, and strong communication. Hybrid work model based in Barcelona.
What you'll do
Own design, configuration and continuous improvement of Workday Advanced Compensation processes including merit, bonus, equity and compensation review cycles
Own design and continuous improvement of Workday Talent, Performance and Development processes including goal setting, performance reviews, talent reviews, calibrations, feedback, IDPs and wellbeing initiatives

Requirements
Demonstrated experience in HR systems, HR Operations, Compensation and/or Talent
Workday certification with hands-on expertise in Workday Advanced Compensation and/or Talent & Performance
Experience configuring Workday and delivering implementation, enhancement or optimization projects
Good understanding of Workday integrations, reporting, security roles, business process configuration, releases and tenant management
Experience in process mapping, process optimization and automation
Curiosity, sound judgement and adaptability
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
