Full job description

DoubleVerify seeks a Senior HR Business Partner based in Tel Aviv to support engineering and product teams. The role involves partnering with leadership on people matters, providing strategic guidance, supporting organizational change, promoting positive employee relations, managing performance and succession planning, coaching managers on talent development, resolving employee relations issues, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Candidates must have 7+ years in HR with at least 5 years as a people partner in complex organizations, experience with Workday or similar HRIS, strong HR knowledge, and ability to operate across multiple jurisdictions and cultures. Occasional travel to Europe or the USA may be required.

What you'll do

  • Partner across all functions and leadership teams in all people matters, providing strategic guidance with a future mindset
  • Gain a deep understanding of the business to support organizational changes to reach goals
  • Interpret organizational strategies and goals and integrate into HR's enterprise roadmap with action plans and HRBP led initiatives
  • Promote positive employee relationships through transparent and respectful communication, living company values
  • Support company-wide performance management, succession planning, and employee development practices ensuring alignment across matrixed functions and geographies
  • Proactively assess and coach managers on executing talent management plans supporting individual and team growth
  • Navigate, manage and solve complex employee relations issues and workplace investigations with leaders using a consistent and fair approach
  • Champion and innovate ways to enhance employee experience, ensuring hiring, development, and retention across diverse cultural contexts
  • Manage compliance activities including escalations in background checks, right-to-work verifications, and audits related to statutory and legal requirements

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources with a minimum of 5 years as a people partner within dynamic, high-growth, and complex organizations
  • Experience using Workday or similar HRIS platforms
  • Strong preference for experience partnering with Product, Engineering and teams
  • Background in the media and digital advertising tech space is a plus
  • Broad HR knowledge in employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, compensation, and talent acquisition
  • Deep understanding of HR best practices and local labour laws across multiple jurisdictions
  • Experience managing HR matters across different time zones and cultural contexts
  • Ability to quickly learn the business and move between strategic issues and day-to-day HR operations with minimal guidance
  • Proven experience in identifying and leading change, and building this capability in others
  • Analytical reasoning and solution-focused problem solver with critical and independent thinking
  • Solid judgment in risk assessments relative to the business
  • Excellent problem-solving, influencing, and communication skills in conflict management
  • Ability to comfortably interact with employees of all levels of experience and seniority across the organization
  • Willingness to occasionally travel to Europe or the USA
