The HR Operations Specialist at GumGum is responsible for executing benefits administration, immigration support, compensation operations, and recurring People programs. This role supports People Ops coordinators and specialists by ensuring operational execution, data integrity, and process support across benefits, immigration, compensation, and program delivery. The position requires 3+ years of HR or People Operations experience, fluency with HRIS/payroll systems like ADP Workforce Now, strong organizational skills, data reconciliation ability, and AI tool literacy (ChatGPT, Claude). Responsibilities include managing benefits enrollment and open enrollment cycles, immigration case tracking and I-9/E-Verify execution, maintaining compensation data and analytics, managing recurring People programs and calendars, auditing HR tools data, and handling cross-domain projects. The role offers a hybrid work environment with a preference for candidates within a commutable distance to the Santa Monica office. Salary range is approximately $86,000 to $106,000 annually, with additional benefits including a 401(k) plan and potential bonus or stock incentives.
