Full job description

DoubleVerify seeks an HR Operations Analyst to manage Workday transactions including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, compliance verification, and business process support. Responsibilities include ensuring employment eligibility compliance, processing employee data changes, providing Workday self-service support, running reports, handling inquiries, collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting system improvements, troubleshooting, participating in Workday releases, developing training materials, and basic system configuration. Requires 2+ years HR technology experience, preferably with Workday, knowledge of HR processes, multitasking ability, compliance awareness, and a relevant bachelor's degree.

What you'll do

  • Ensure completion and compliance of employment eligibility verification requirements for all countries, including Form I-9 verification for U.S. new hires
  • Process and manage high-volume administrative and transactional employee data changes in Workday, including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, leave updates, and general record maintenance, adhering to team SLAs
  • Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers using Workday self-service (hires, transfers, job changes, promotions, etc.)
  • Run standard reports and support ad-hoc data requests; conduct data audits to ensure accuracy and maintain data integrity
  • Handle employee inquiries and issue resolution; assist in research, escalation, and resolution of Workday related operational issues
  • Deliver exceptional customer service ensuring inquiries are addressed professionally, efficiently, and timely
  • Collaborate across HR and non-HR cross functional teams (HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Payroll, IT, Finance)
  • Support business process development, improvement, data management, releases, testing, and maintenance within Workday and other HR systems
  • Serve as first line of support for Workday system questions; troubleshoot and resolve system issues
  • Participate in design, testing, and implementation of new Workday functionality including bi-annual releases
  • Develop job aids and conduct training sessions and workshops to end users to promote efficiency and adoption
  • Support basic system configuration in Workday
  • Create and load EIBs as necessary

Requirements

  • 2+ Years of HR Technology and Operations experience (Workday experience preferred)
  • Functional experience and knowledge of HR processes using Workday
  • Familiar with Workday Configuration and reporting (but not required)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • General awareness of compliance processes (e.g. SOX compliance)
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience (HR, Business Ops, Business Administration)
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
