AppsFlyer is hiring an HR Growth Partner in Bangalore, India. The role involves advising stakeholders in the SEA region on HR matters, identifying people issues and implementing solutions, managing HR processes including performance reviews, terminations, promotions, relocations, talent mapping, compensation and benefits, and training needs. The candidate will ensure compliance with employment laws and data protection, stay updated on regional employment practices, and promote the company's employment experience in APAC. Requirements include 8+ years in HRGP, experience consulting senior management, deep knowledge of Indian labor laws and practices, cross-cultural experience in SEA/APAC, strong communication and influencing skills, ability to manage multiple priorities, flexibility, and proficiency in English.
