Full job description

Seeking an HR Director for EMEA Enterprise Sales to lead people strategy, coach leaders, and guide talent decisions. Requires deep expertise in EMEA employment law, employee relations, and cultural nuances. Must operate hands-on in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with a commercial mindset and strong data insight. Responsibilities include workforce planning, succession, organization design, advising on employee relations, aligning decisions with global guidance, and managing a Benefits Advisor and HR Business Partner. The role embraces AI and automation to improve HR processes. Hybrid work model with 3 days in-office in London.

What you'll do

  • Shape and deliver people strategy for EMEA Enterprise Sales (including Israel)
  • Coach leaders and guide organisational and talent decisions
  • Stay close to leaders and employees supporting day-to-day people decisions
  • Maintain visibility of region-wide themes and risks, advise on employee relations matters
  • Ensure decisions align with global guidance
  • Influence people, talent, and organizational decisions early
  • Partner on workforce planning, succession, and organization design
  • Identify cross-functional themes and emerging issues across EMEA
  • Provide advice on employee relations ensuring alignment with local legal requirements
  • Ensure decisions consider wider regional and global implications
  • Work with HR Shared Service Centre for effective delivery
  • Stay connected to leaders and employees to understand sentiment and performance
  • Manage EMEA Benefits Advisor and HR Business Partner
  • Model calm, fair, and practical leadership

Requirements

  • Deep expertise as a senior HRBP or HR Director with extensive knowledge of EMEA employment law, employee relations, and cultural nuance
  • Ability to operate hands-on in complex, fast-moving, matrixed environments
  • Commercial mindset linking people decisions to business outcomes
  • Strength with data and insight while grounded in day-to-day business realities
  • Credible and clear communication skills, focus on building trust
  • Strong judgment and experience supporting day-to-day people decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to navigate and balance differing perspectives and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Tech-forward mindset with curiosity regarding AI and automation
  • Comfortable experimenting with new technologies to solve traditional HR challenges
  • Bonus: experience supporting sales teams
