The role combines business partnership with building and managing AI-driven tools and automations to improve people processes. Responsibilities include coaching leaders, managing performance conversations, building self-service tools and AI agents, supporting employees, and driving evidence-based talent development. Candidates should have solid HR Business Partner experience, ability to build workflows and automations, strong communication skills, and a philosophy valuing direct feedback and continuous learning. The position reports to the Chief People Officer and is based in Barcelona with hybrid remote work possible.
